The authority is preparing to launch a procurement for a national cyber threat detection and reporting platform under a Competitive Flexible Procedure. This service will replace and enhance the existing Police Cyber Alarm system. This notice serves to: * Signal the intent to launch a formal procurement in Q2 2025. * Invite suppliers to participate in early engagement activities. * Gather insights to help finalise the tender documents. 2. Summary of Requirement The future platform will: * Collect and enrich inbound external network security device metadata from UK member organisations. * Support threat detection, alerting and pattern recognition. * Provide scalable and secure cloud-based processing, storage and querying capabilities. * Offer dashboards, reporting tools, and scheduled vulnerability scanning. * Integrate with law enforcement and threat intelligence services 3.
