## Summary

The Executive Office (TEO) is inviting tenders for the Communities in Transition (CIT) Raising Aspirations for Young People Programme, targeting individuals aged 4 to 16 in the West Belfast area. This procurement process is at the tender stage, with submissions due by 29th April 2025. The programme aims to enhance educational achievements, employment prospects, and overall life aspirations for young people in areas such as Lower Falls, Twinbrook, Colin, Upper Springfield, Turf Lodge, and Ballymurphy. The total contract value is £234,000, and it falls under the "Other community, social, and personal services" industry category.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in community development, education services, and support programmes aimed at young people. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are particularly encouraged to participate due to the below-threshold open competition procurement method. The successful business will have the chance to make a significant impact, addressing critical issues arising from high levels of paramilitary activity and organised crime in the community while helping young people achieve better life choices and quality of life.
