## Notice

Sites will be released to the Contractor on Works Orders and could range from a single Order for a patch repair (minimum value PS500) to an order for a new car park. No continuity of work can be guaranteed, and the Contractor will be expected to mobilise within 4 weeks of receiving an Order. The Contract Period will be for 5 years. The continuation of the contract beyond the first 12 months, then annually thereafter, will be subject to the Contractor performing to a satisfactory level. Contractor performance will be measured using the KPI's outlined in Appendix H (see Preliminaries Item 1.8.6.8).
