The contract will be for an initial 3 year term with 2 optional extensions of any period of up to 1 year per extension with service commencement on the 1st April 2026. The contract value is PS1,186,995 per annum giving a total value of PS3,560,985 over the initial 3 year term, PS4,747,980 if the first extension is adopted, and PS5,934,975 if all extensions are adopted. This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
