Ketton Library

Rutland County Council are seeking suppliers able to carry out upgrades to the below 3 libraries. Each library will be awarded separately under it's own lot, suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the works is included below summary. Ketton Library: Extend the existing room opposite the electrical cupboard to form the new family hub area. Installation of new kitchen area in former dispensary, remove kitchen fittings from behind reception desk and replace with work area.

Oakham Library

Rutland County Council are seeking suppliers able to carry out upgrades to the below 3 libraries. Each library will be awarded separately under it's own lot, suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the works is included below summary. Oakham Library: Form new family hub area and new sensory room. Create new youth space by conversion of existing garage / store by forming new external wall with high level windows, new accessible entrance door. Installation of new kitchen area, accessible toilet and store.

Uppingham Library

Rutland County Council are seeking suppliers able to carry out upgrades to the below 3 libraries. Each library will be awarded separately under it's own lot, suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the works is included below summary. Uppingham Library: Install new curtain walling and entrance to front of building and access ramp. Creation of new kitchen, accessible toilets and family hub room. Recover flat roof and external decoration.
