## Summary

The NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board has awarded a contract for services titled "Family Support Model - Early Intervention Therapeutic Support," aimed at offering mental health and well-being support to children and young people from Eastern European, Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities in Edmonton Schools. This project falls under the psychiatry or psychology services industry category and is located in the London Borough of Haringey and Islington. The procurement stage is the award, with the contract having been formally awarded on 24 April 2025, effective from 1 April 2025 until 31 March 2026. The procurement was conducted under a limited method, using the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations of 2023, with a direct award process and a total lifetime contract value of £70,000.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in mental health and educational support services, particularly those experienced in working within diverse communities and school settings. Companies that offer innovative strategies for addressing health inequalities and have a strong focus on collaborative working and social value alignment—such as meeting the London Living Wage—would be well-suited to compete in such procurements. The direct award underlines the importance of understanding the Provider Selection Regime and capabilities in demonstrating value through integration, collaboration, and sustainability within local health systems. Businesses aiming to grow in this sector should consider these priorities to enhance their competitive edge.
