Prosthetics - The Contractor will work with the Trust to place the patient at the heart of everything specialised rehabilitation and reablement centres do. The Contractor will be responsible for a workshop on the Site at Mayflower community Hospital, in Billericay Essex. Orthotics - The contract is for the provision of an orthotic goods and services for new and existing patients serviced by Havering, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge (paediatric services), Waltham Forest (paediatrics services) and Brentwood ICB's. Clinics will be held at the following sites: Harold Wood Clinic (Romford) , Axe Street (Barking), Special Schools, Wood Street and Coleridge Road in Walthamstow and The Grove (Redbridge) .

The Pre-Market engagement will take place face to face over two days at the following location: Mayflower community Hospital, Blunts Wall Road, Billericay CM12 9SA. Tea and Coffee will be provided, however you will need to bring Lunch. Day 1 - 15th May 2025 - Prosthetics Day 2 - 16th May 2025 - Orthotics You may attend Both days if you wish to place a tender for both services. Both days will follow the same format. 10:00 - Registration with Tea and Coffee 10:30 - Presentation from NELFT 11:30 - Open Question and Answer Session 12:30 - 13:30 Lunch 13:30 - 15:30 Break out sessions for 121 conversations with suppliers and Trust.
