## Summary

The "Complete Care Communities – Facilitating Mental Health Empowerment" project has been initiated by the NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board, focusing on delivering services in the London Borough of Camden. This procurement falls under the "General-practitioner services" industry category, emphasising mental health support for Camden’s Somali and Bengali residents. The contract was formally awarded on 25th April 2025 with a one-year term from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026, having a total value of £60,000. The procurement process followed a limited award procedure under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, eliminating the need for prior publication of a competition call. The services aim to involve the community in addressing mental health challenges through tailored workshops and wellbeing activities.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses engaged in healthcare services, particularly those specialising in community-based mental health initiatives. Companies with expertise in health education, physical wellbeing workshops, and the development of inclusive mental health programmes can find growth opportunities by catering to the specific needs of the targeted communities. Furthermore, entities that demonstrate value for money and alignment with social value principles, such as paying the London Living Wage, stand to gain by aligning with NHS North Central London's objectives and continuing or expanding their services through collaborative efforts.
