THIS IS NOT A TENDERING OPPORTUNITY. Carmarthenshire County Council has commissioned Suppliers on a framework basis, to supply Print and Promotional Signage Materials and Services. The Framework consists of 6 lots. The figure for the estimated spend in each lot, is the anticipated total value of the Framework as a whole, over 8 years. As this is a framework arrangement, the values of potential spend for each individual lot cannot be specified. For the avoidance of doubt, the Framework value stated in this notice is correct, as is the Framework term ending in June 2034. Any differing values in previously published notices were issued in error and should be disregarded.

### Lot Information

Digital and Litho Print

Lot 1 to include provision of Business Cards / Flyers / Certificates, Posters / Letterheads /Compliment Slips / Leaflets / Booklets - includes folding and bespoke sizes

Options: The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid. Lots can be combined

Renewal: The Open Framework will operate for a maximum term of eight (8) years from the Commencement Date. Following the reopening of the Framework in the third year, the Council reserves the right, at its discretion, to reopen the Framework to admit new suppliers for the remainder of the original eight-year term. Such reopening may occur in circumstances such as when existing suppliers leave the Framework, are unable to meet requirements, responding to market changes or innovations, and encouraging SME participation, or where reopening is deemed necessary to maintain competition and value for money. Any reopening constitutes a renewal of participation for the remaining duration of the original term and does not extend or reset the eight-year limit (in accordance with section 49(2)(c) of the Act).

Printed Envelopes

Lot 2 includes the provision of printed envelopes C5 / C4 / DL Size, with printed Insignia and return address

This Lot includes Pens / Mugs / Lanyards / Umbrellas

### Planning Information

Carmarthenshire County Council are shortly due to tender an opportunity for the provision of Print and Signage Services across Carmarthenshire. To promote the opportunities available to providers, the Council is holding a market briefing session, which will be held at The Beacon Centre of Enterprise, Llanelli, SA14 8LQ on Thursday 5th June 2025 between 10:30 and 12:30. The briefing session will provide an overview of the service specification and tender process. 
The Council will also offer online briefing sessions on the 9th and 10th June, please email for further information. The tender is expected to be live at the end of July 2025. Business Wales will also be in attendance to explain the tendering advice and support they offer tenderers.
