Albion Square is in the heart of the city centre and provides a development opportunity for a mixed-use residential led scheme with substantial frontage to King Edward Square, one of the main shopping areas within the retail core. The site is approximately 1.063 hectare, and is located between Albion Street, Bond Street, Jameson Street, King Edward Square, Waltham Street and Story Street. The Council own the development land.
