The Service to which this procurement relates falls within the scope of Schedule 1 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This notice is confirmation of a contract award having been made on a framework agreement and without a competition. The services to be provided are for the provision of primary care services to support the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHND) Contract. The proposed lifetime value of the contract is PS383,977.50 the contract under the Framework call-off terms and conditions is intended to be a three year contract with a two year extension option, commencing 1 April 2025.
