## Notice

This Framework is to provide professional services predominantly within the transportation and civil engineering and infrastructure sectors . The aim of the Framework is to deliver multi-disciplinary and specialist transportation and engineering Professional Services. The Scope of the services provided through this Framework will include, but not be limited to the following: Sustainable and accessible transport infrastructure planning services Highways, Transportation, Civil and Structural engineering design services; Design and advice services under Section 278 and 38 of the Highways Act (1980); Construction estimating, commercial and financial management services; Safety audit, engineering and management; Waste infrastructure and development design services; Flood and water management and drainage design services; Ecological, sustainability and environmental services; Landscape architecture, arboriculture and design services; Sustainable and community integration strategic planning; Infrastructure technology strategy and design services; Building Information Modelling (BIM) services; Transport Planning specialisms; Business case & economic strategy development; Travel & data modelling; Air quality and decarbonisation; Strategic planning; and/or Engineering design specialisms. The scope of this Framework will cover the procurement of professional services within the broad sectors described above and will not include the procurement of works or goods.
