Contract purpose is to undertake assessments for the purpose of the MCA DoLS of eligible people in order to safeguard against an unlawful deprivation of liberty taking place.As at the start of this contract, PS175 will be paid per assessment, except where an assessment takes place in the community, where PS200 will be paid per assessment. Direct award process B; 31/03/2025 - 31/03/2030 (with extension of up to three years per contract)

Options: 3 years extension available to take.
