## Summary

The Mayor and Commonalty and Citizens of the City of London are seeking to procure services for "Project Jumpstart to Success," funded by the Greater London Authority's UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). The procurement process is currently in the tender stage, with the submission deadline set for 21st April 2025. The contract is valued at £58,850 and will run from 1st May 2025 to 31st December 2025, with a potential extension until 31st March 2026. The procurement method is an open competition, and the focus is on services within the adult and other education industry category.

This tender opens significant opportunities for businesses specialising in mentoring, education, and employment services. Organisations adept at managing programmes for young people, particularly those affected by the Covid-19 lockdowns, and who can offer tailored support that develops pre-employment and interpersonal skills, are especially suited for this project. Companies that excel in creating supportive environments and have a proven track record in dealings with ethnically diverse communities, NEET women, and individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) stand to benefit greatly. Furthermore, the project emphasises placements in high-growth sectors such as creative, green, and digital industries, making it ideal for providers with established connections in these fields and the capability to offer inclusive, innovative, and engaging programmes.
