This framework is for the provision of Courier, Distribution, Storage and Specialist Solutions to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education, Third Sector and Devolved Administrations.

### Lot Information

International Storage

Provides a range of services for secure storage and fulfilment in international locations. Services include but are not limited to: Inbound warehousing processes; Warehouse storage; Fulfilment services, order consolidation, merge in transit; Packaging and goods/material handling equipment; Stock Control; Inventory and asset management systems (including asset traceability); Customs services and clearance, this includes preparing documents to allow items to be imported and exported.

Air freight and Air Charter Services

Provides a range of services for managing the transportation of goods to and from the UK to international locations using air freight and air charter services. Services include but are not limited to: Charter booking services; Air freight management; Airport ground handling services for items arriving into international destinations and into the UK, such as loading and unloading cargo items. Customs services and clearance, this includes preparing documents to allow items to be imported and exported to and from the UK

Rail Freight

Provides a range of services to help you transport goods by rail to the UK and from international destinations. Services include but are not limited to: Managing and booking rail freight transportation; Customs services and clearance, this includes preparing documents to allow items to be imported and exported to and from the UK; Shipping container movement and management; Onward transportation of items

Road Freight

Provides a range of services to transport goods by road to and from the UK to international destinations. Services include but are not limited to: Managing road freight services; Providing specialist vehicles such as temperature controlled or vehicles capable of transporting bulky items; Customs services and clearance, this includes preparing documents to allow items to be imported or exported to and from the UK; Onward transportation of items.

Sea Freight

This sub-lot provides a range of services for transporting by sea to and from the UK to international destinations. Services include but are not limited to: Managing and booking freight services; Container management and transportation; Customs services and clearance, this includes preparing documents to allow items to be imported or exported to and from the UK; Onward transportation of items.

Managed Service for International Storage and Transportation

Provides a full suite of services for the international storage and onward transportation of items either to the UK or to other international destinations. Services include but are not limited to: Inbound warehousing processes; Warehouse storage; Fulfilment services, order consolidation, merge in transit; Packaging and goods/material handling equipment; Stock control; Inventory and asset management systems (including asset traceability); Onward transportation which may be via sea, rail, road, air or sea; Customs services and clearance this includes preparing documents to allow items to be imported or exported

Storage Solutions

Provides a range of storage solutions and related services within the UK. Services include but are not limited to: Inventory and asset management systems (including asset tracking); Inbound warehousing processes; Warehouse storage; Fulfilment services and order consolidation, for example picking and packaging items ready for dispatch; Packaging of items and material handling equipment to enable the dispatch; stock control.

Kitting, Fulfilment and Asset Management

Provides a range of fulfilment and kitting solutions and services within the UK. Services include but are not limited to: Asset tracking; Picking and packaging of products; Unpacking received products into individual cases; Preparing items for dispatch according to buyer needs.

Transportation and Distribution

Provides a range of services for the transportation and distribution of items within the UK such as: Pallets; Individual boxes; Containers; Medical equipment; Large bulky items.

Managed Service for Storage and Distribution

Provide a range of services for the storage and distribution in the UK. Services include but are not limited to: Inbound warehousing processes; Warehouse storage; Fulfilment services, order consolidation, merge in transit; Packaging and goods/material handling equipment; stock control; Inventory and asset management systems (including asset traceability); Onward transportation.

Managed Service for the Storage and Distribution of Vaccines, Pharmaceuticals and Associated Medical Products

Provide a range of services for the storage and distribution of vaccines and pharmaceuticals and associated products in the UK. Services include but are not limited to: Inbound warehousing processes; Warehouse storage; Temperature controlled and refrigerated storage; Fulfilment services, order consolidation, merge in transit; Packaging and goods/material handling equipment; stock control; Inventory and asset management systems (including asset traceability); Onward transportation including temperature controlled or dual zone vehicles.

Collection and Delivery Services

Provides collection and delivery services within the UK and international destinations 'items include but are not limited to: Documents; Parcels; Pallets; Bulk movements.

Secure Services

Provides secure collection and delivery within the UK, where suppliers provide additional insurances and double manned vehicles for high value secure items. Items include but are not limited to: Documents; IT equipment; Art work and museum artefacts; Mobile Phones; Parcels; Pallets; Bulk movements

Secure Collection and Delivery of Examination, Test Papers and Materials

Provides secure distribution of exam papers and associated materials to test centres, awarding organisations and examiners in the UK. Services include overnight and same day.

Managed Service for Specialist Movements

Provides a full suite of services for the collection and delivery of specialist items which may include but is not limited to: Documents and parcels; Infectious Substances Category A UN Class 6, division 6.2 UN 2814; Toxic Substances UN Class 6, division 6.1; Genetically modified organisms, which are classed as UN 2814 and UN 2900; Any diagnostic and/or investigative specimens for laboratory analysis, which are classified as UN2814 and/or UN2900; Genetically modified organisms and any diagnostic and/or investigative specimens for laboratory analysis, which are classified as UN337; Water Samples. Non-infectious substances including but not limited to: Controlled drugs; Pharmaceuticals; Medical supplies; Associated equipment; Compressed gases including birthing gases.

International Courier Services

Provides secure collection and delivery of documents and parcels to international destinations. Services include: Priority: Europe - 1 to 3 days after collection Worldwide - 1 to 4 days after collection; Standard: Europe - 2 to 4 days after collection, Worldwide - 3 to 7 days after collection; Economy: Europe - 3 to 7 days after collection, Worldwide - 7 to 10 days after collection; Customs clearance.

Managed service for the Transportation and Disposal of Firearms, Weapons and Explosives (Class 1)

Provides a fully managed service for the secure collection, delivery and disposal of items which may include but not limited to: * UN Class 1 High Consequence Explosive Substances and articles; * UN Class 1 Explosive Substances and articles and articles division 1.1-1.6; * Section 5 Firearms; * Section 1 Firearms; * Section 2 Firearms; * Handguns for humane dispatch; * Small arms ammunition; * CS Gas and PAVA Spray; * Chain of custody transportation service and services * Weapons including knives and tools * Fireworks

Managed Service for Recycling and Disposal

Provides a range of services for the recycling and disposal of items which may include incineration, resale, donation and auctioning. Items may include, but are not limited to: Medical equipment; Packaging; PPE; IT equipment.

Managed Service for Asset Recovery

Provides a fully managed service for the transportation, resale or disposal of any item or asset including: High value items; Electrical equipment; Office equipment and machinery; Vehicles.
