## Notice

The service provider delivers a Specialist Substance Misuse Service for Children and Young People up to the age of 24 years across Conwy and Denbighshire, commissioned by the North Wales Substance Misuse Area Planning Board for whom WCBC are the banker. The Service comprises of universal, targeted and specialist interventions and includes specific specialist capacity around neurodiversity and hosts specialist CAMHS provision in partnership with BCUHB. Furthermore this service provides Tier 2 Open Access services delivering drug and alcohol related information and advice, triage and comprehensive assessments, brief interventions, age appropriate harm reduction advice and onward referrals to specialist provision and Tier 3 structured services providing targeted, specialist substance misuse treatment and therapeutic interventions. In additional the service provides a Familial Substance Misuse Service across the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire which provides specialist support for children and families where at least one parent / carer are misusing drugs and/or alcohol. The provider also delivers specialist substance misuse training to other professionals working with children and young people outside of the substance misuse field.
