We have recently undertaken a very similar procurement (PAN3054) - the design and fit out of art galleries at Leicester Museum and Art Gallery. This was a very successful tender process which resulted in a good appointment. It reassured us that suppliers are comfortable with a two-stage contract, and that there is a good level of interest in this type of opportunity therefore we have not undertaken any preliminary market engagement for this tender.
