The service will be split into the following lots, enabling Suppliers to bid for one or more lots: a. Lot 1 - Worcester City, b. Lot 2 - Redditch, c. Lot 3 - Bromsgrove. If it is not possible to identify suitable accommodation within the above 3 lots, a fourth Lot (d) for Kidderminster may be considered, or alternatively, more than one property may be considered in one of the other locations If you wish to view the documents for this opportunity please click 'Express Interest'. Renewal: The contract period will run for 3 years from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2028, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to the availability of funding and future priorities. Redditch The Council is looking to block book 2 or 3 bedded HMO in Redditch providing UASC Care Leavers with a suitable location to meet their cultural needs. Renewal: The contract period will run for 3 years from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2028, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to the availability of funding and future priorities. Bromsgrove The Council is looking to block book 2 or 3 bedded HMO in Bromsgrove providing UASC Care Leavers with a suitable location to meet their cultural needs. Renewal: The contract period will run for 3 years from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2028, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to the availability of funding and future priorities. Kidderminster If it is not possible to identify suitable accommodation within lots one to three, a fourth Lot for Kidderminster may be considered. Renewal: The contract period will run for 3 years from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2028, with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to the availability of funding and future priorities. ### Planning Information WCC are seeking to identify whether there are service providers able to provide accommodation for 3 young adults in Worcester City, Redditch and Bromsgrove Districts (9 in total). WCC would look to block book 3 bedded HMO’s in each district for this cohort of young adults, providing UASC Care Leavers with a suitable location to meet their cultural needs.
