Pobl Group wishes to appoint up to two suitable contractors to undertake the completion of X amount of Kitchens Replacements at Swansea University Preselli Block. The kitchens have been purchased from Howdens Kitchens and will be delivered direct to site. The project must commence on Monday 30th June 2025 and be completed by Friday 8th August 2025, whilst the building is vacant in readiness for the return of the students.

Renewal: the Contract is to be let for 1+1+1, depending on the budget for the subsequent years

Bathroom Replacement (Labour Only)
