The format will provide an overview of the contract delivery, works profiles, the tender process and timescales. Bidders will be provided with an opportunity to ask pre-registered questions. Pre-registration will be required on Intend Portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/blackcountryportal/aspx/Home Please complete the questionnaire to pre register for the presentation and detail any questions which will require a response at the session no later than Friday 2nd May 2025. The PME session will be recorded and made available to those unable to attend. Participation or non-participation in the pre-procurement market engagement process shall not prevent any supplier participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the pre-procurement process shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation in the pre-procurement market engagement procurement process will be at each supplier's own cost.
