Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Computer Assisted Facilities Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) To provide a computer assisted facilities management (CAFM) and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) for hard and soft facilities management services. Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. MTC Building and Painting and Decorating To provide a measured term contract for the provision of planned and reactive building, painting, and decorating services.
