### Lot Information

Building Management Systems (BMS)

To provide the design, supply, installation, upgrade, commissioning, and maintenance of a scalable and adaptable building management systems (BMS) also known as building energy management systems (BEMS).

Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

Computer Assisted Facilities Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)

To provide a computer assisted facilities management (CAFM) and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) for hard and soft facilities management services.

Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

MTC Building and Painting and Decorating

To provide a measured term contract for the provision of planned and reactive building, painting, and decorating services.

Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

MTC Mechanical and / or Electrical

To provide a measured term contract for the provision of planned and reactive mechanical and electrical (M&E) services.

Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

ALL MTC Lots

To provide a measured term contract for the provision of planned and reactive works across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to building, painting, decorating, mechanical and electrical (M&E) services.

Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

Flooring Services

To provide flooring services, including supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of assorted flooring types.

Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

Roofing and Guttering Services

To provide roofing and guttering services, including supply, installation, maintenance, repairs, and replacement.

Renewal: The Framework will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

Auto Door Maintenance and Roller Shutter Gates

To provide services for automatic doors and roller shutter gates, including supply, installation, commissioning, servicing, repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

To provide a comprehensive plumbing and drainage service, including supply, installation, servicing, repairs, and maintenance.

To provide mechanical and technical services for medical gas pipelines, including supply, installation, commissioning, servicing, repairs, maintenance, replacement, and statutory checks.
