## Notice

NHS North East London (NEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB), hereafter referred to as "the Authority" is seeking to commission the NEL 111 IUC Contract ("the Services") via a Competitive Process in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The contract will start on 1st August 2026 and run for a period of 3 years until 31st July 2029, with two further extension options of up to 2 years (3+2+2) to 31st July 2031 and 31st July 2033 respectively. The Contract may be extended for the additional period(s) of 2 years, at the sole discretion of the Authority. The indicative annual value of the proposed contract is PS21,748,000. making the indicative total value of the proposed contract PS65,244,000 + PS43,496,000 + PS43,496,000 (7-year Total = PS152,236,000) inclusive of VAT. The opportunity will be available to access via the Atamis (Health Family) Supplier Portal under the reference PRJ2016 North East London 111 IUC. The deadline date for submission of bids is 21.07.2025 12:00pm.

The Authority wishes to receive responses to the ITT from suitably qualified and experienced Potential Providers with the necessary capacity and capability (or a demonstrable ability to provide the necessary capacity and capability within the requisite timescale, as detailed in the ITT) to provide the Services as set out elsewhere in the ITT, in a safe and effective manner. Subject to any conditions specified in the Contract or any tender documents issued in connection with the Procurement. The Procurement process will be facilitated entirely online via Atamis (Health Family) Supplier Portal. Interested Applicants wishing to participate in the procurement must register, express an interest and complete the online questionnaires hosted on the portal prior to the deadline for submission. All clarification requests and correspondence pertaining to this ITT opportunity must be directed through the portal. A timetable for the procurement, guidance regarding the process is also available from the portal. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice inviting offers under the Competitive Process (The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 11). The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The Procurement is being managed by the NHS London Commercial Hub (NHS LCH) hosted by NEL ICB, on behalf of the Authority.
