## Notice

KWL are seeking Sub-contractors to carry out External, Internal and Landscaping works to a newbuild site of 27 Houses at Gleneagles, Hull, it is expected that work will commence June 2025 with works expected to be completed by 29 May 2026 It is the intention that the works will be awarded in the following Lots Lot 1 - Supply and Install of External Fencing Lot 2 - Supply and Install of Painting and Decorating Lot 3 - Supply and Install of Rendering Lot 4 - Supply and Install of Soft Landscaping Lot 5 - Labour only installation of Tilling (Various types) It is the intention to award the available work to a maximum of 1 Sub-contractor per Lot Contractors must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL make seek other sub-contractors in the event of service failure. ### Lot Information

Supply and Install External Fencing.

The brief scope of works are as follows: Supply and install 1.8m high timber close boarded fencing including post allowing for hedgehog highways, and 28 nr gates to 27 plots and associated areas of the site. It is the intention to award the lot to a maximum of 1 Sub-contractor Contractors must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL make seek other sub-contractors in the event of service failure. Supply and Install Painting and Decorating

The brief scope of works is as follows: Painting and Decoration of 27 nr plots allowing for all materials, labour, tools, etc, as per documents. It is the intention to award the lot to a maximum of 1 Sub-contractor Contractors must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL make seek other sub-contractors in the event of service failure. Supply and Install Rendering

The brief Scope of works is as follows: Supply and install K-Rend render skim to external face of 27nr plots Full details of the requirements are available in the tender document bundle. It is the intention to award the lot to a maximum of 1 Sub-contractor Contractors must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL make seek other sub-contractors in the event of service failure. Supply and Install Soft Landscaping

The brief scope of works is as follows: Supply and install of cultivation and turfing to 27 plots including for shrub and hedge planting, wildflower seeding, tree planting, as per tender documents. It is the intention to award the lot to a maximum of 1 Sub-contractor Contractors must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL make seek other sub-contractors in the event of service failure. Labour Only Installation of Wall and Floor Tiling

The brief scope of works is as follows: Labour only wall tiling and floor tiling works 27nr plots. Sub-contractors must include for all bill of quantity items including: Labour only wall tiling and floor tiling works, subcontractor to allow for grouting, spacers, waterproof bedding, mastic sealant and adhesives, etc. to 27nr plots. Labour only rates to be given on both Lot 5a and 5b price schedules respectively, in which we retain the ability to decide which bill of quantity document will be used on contract award for the install only tiling works.
