We are fairly advanced in our coverage of EV chargers, so this funding is proposed to fill the gaps in our residential network coverage including economically deprived and rural areas. The LEVI funding will be used to deliver the low power infrastructure in the more challenging economic locations, co-located with fully service provider funded high power residential solutions. An Open Tender exercise has resulted in one successful tenderer for two out of the four lots being procured. The successful tenderer will enter into 15 year concession contract with the Council.
