Lot 1

Sub -contracts awarded to pharmacies and GP's in Medway for the provision of Public Health services including emergency oral contraception (EOC); chlamydia treatment; a dispensing service for EOC, genito-urinary medicine (GUM) treatments and oral contraception; and long acting reversible contraception (LARC). These contracts have been awarded under direct award process B. The awarding of these contracts is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The activity of these contracts is based on patient choice by providing access to public health services through multiple pharmacies and GP practices in Medway, allowing patients to select the most convenient provider for the services provided. The estimated total lifetime value for all of these contracts combined is PS541,000. These contracts are awarded to existing providers in Medway for an existing service which these pharmacies and GP practices have been providing since 2023.

Options: May be extended for a total of 24 months in line with the head contract. Such extension(s) to be agreed in writing at least one month prior to the Expiry Date.
