## Summary

The Department for Science, Innovation & Technology (DSIT), as part of His Majesty's Government, in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence (MOD), has completed the procurement process for the DSIT x MOD Neutral Vendor for Innovation Framework Agreement. This contract is valued at £2,500,000 and falls under the services category, specifically focusing on research services. The procurement method was limited, proceeding without prior publication of a call for competition due to its single-supplier framework nature. Effective from 30th April 2025, the contract was awarded to Constellia Public Limited, a large-scale supplier based in London, UK.

This tender presents substantial business growth opportunities particularly for businesses involved in the provision of innovative technological goods or services. As Constellia Public Limited will operate as a neutral vendor, it provides a platform for various Technology Providers to offer their services across fourteen technology areas to the government. This framework can notably benefit technology firms seeking collaboration opportunities with the MOD's supply chain, enhancing their market exposure and allowing them to contribute to significant public sector projects. Companies with expertise in breaking-edge technological developments are particularly well-suited to thrive under this framework.

## Notice
