Ealing Council is interested is gauging interest from companies to determine the how best to structure the contract(s) This Pre Market engagement brief and accompanying questionnaire, pertains to the future contract. We would like to explore whether there is interest in the market to split the contract into smaller lots and how these lots could be developed so as to allow SMEs to bid with their specialities in mind or smaller geographical area.
