Renewal: 2. The contract term is one period of 12 months with option to extend for a further 12 months. For the information of Tenderers dates and times may be subject to minor revision for any period during the extent of the Contract. The Council may, no later than three Months prior to the Initial Contract Period Expiry Date, give notice in writing to the Contractor to invite the Contractor to agree to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months commencing after the Initial Contract Period Expiry Date. The Contractor will be expected to provide a response to the extension invite within 5 working days of receipt.
