The Council intends on tendering a package of works in relation to the upgrade of kitchens within its tenanted residential stock across the Borough of Swindon, it is envisaged that an estimated 1300 kitchens will be delivered over a 5-year programme, equal to an estimated 260 properties per year. It will be the contractor's responsibility to carry out an end to end service, from survey/design, supply, installation through to commissioning. This will include all associated decorative, mechanical and electrical remediation/installation works, as well as all tenant engagement activities, such as tenant liaison.
