The intention to reissue the tender allows businesses a renewed chance to compete by showcasing innovation, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. ## Notice The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (CVUHB) is going into a Standstill Period prior to appointing a sole suitably qualified from experienced car park management service provider to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused parking solution that meets the needs for the Health Board, Staff, Patients, and Local community.The standstill period is expected to end at midnight at the end of 6th January 2026, that being the 8th working day after the contract award notice is published, following the assessment summaries being issued to all relevant bidders (i.e. counting the day of publishing a contract award notice as day 1). If legal proceedings are commenced in relation to the contract award, it will be necessary to suspend the award of the contract pending further order of the Court, or the authority may voluntarily decide (at its discretion) to suspend the award of contract whilst any outstanding queries are dealt with.
