Home and reablement care relates to the provision of regulated care and support services in the community that enable adults and young people to remain living in their own home and meet their assessed social care needs and outcomes along with maintaining their autonomy, independence, skills and abilities, and personal identity. ### Planning Information The London Borough of Harrow held a market engagement on 5th June 2025 and have since further developed the service specifications and are now seeking to engage with providers that can deliver Homecare to give another update on the Service Model and Procurement Process.
