### Planning Information

Northamptonshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service are seeking an Occupational Health system to help: Improve data quality, data retrieval and storage Streamline the record of occupational information Improve the reporting functionality to ensure we can meet our national reporting obligations Meet the College of Policing Mandate of moving away from paper files by 2025. The purpose of this pre-market engagement is to enable the Office of Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner hereinafter known as the Authority to understand the options within the market for an Occupational Health system. In particular the Authority would like to understand if their requirements can be viably met and what the associated costs for this (both implementation and ongoing) would be. Please review the requirements and complete and return the PME document by 22nd May.
