The contract focuses on providing remote access software development services in the region of UKM72, aligning with the council’s responsibility to ensure employee safety. The contract was awarded to Lone Worker Solutions on 25th March 2025, following an open procedure under the regulations of the EU Directive 2014/24/EU. This procurement process offers opportunities for businesses specialising in safety equipment, remote access software, and alarm-monitoring services to meet the growing needs within the public sector. Given the focus on providing a comprehensive and integrated solution for safe remote working environments, companies well-versed in health and safety compliance and innovative technology solutions can position themselves favourably for similar future opportunities. Large enterprises like Lone Worker Solutions are prime examples of businesses that could thrive in such tenders, especially those that can provide advanced management, reporting functionalities, and accredited device solutions.
