Primary Healthcare Darlington is the GP Federation and has well established links to all 11 GO Practices in the borough, which will assist the Primary Care Champion to support Practices to make referrals to the Stop Smoking Service. This also facilities a prescribing approval process for patients registered at Darlington GP Practices to receive pharmacotherapy support to assist their quit attempt.
