The market engagement period will run from 1st August 2025 to 5th December 2025, commencing with a Soft Market Test which will run from 1st August 2025 to 12th September 2025 inclusive, after which further market engagement events will be advertised through the Proactis portal, the Council’s e-tendering system and accessed through the following link: www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk. ref.
