## Notice

East Sussex County Council has awarded a new contract to a Strategic Provider to provide a county-wide service for the support of adults and their dependent children (under 18 years old) who are experiencing medium/high risk domestic abuse and to deliver the service within the Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA) statutory guidance as outlined in the Victim and Prisoner Act 2024. Key Performance Indicators have been set out under the contract terms, which are not required to be published in this Notice as it is a light touch contract. The commencement date for the initial contract period is 1st May 2026.

East Sussex County Council is to launch a tender process for the East Sussex Domestic Abuse Service (ESDAS). 
As part of this process, we are holding a virtual Market Engagement Event on Thursday 14th August 2025 at 9.30 a.m. - 10.30 a.m. via Microsoft Teams being open to all those who would have a keen interest in bidding for the tender opportunity.
An MS Teams meeting link to attend the event will be shared to those who have registered.
