### Lot Information

Lot 1

Options: The contract includes options to extend the initial three (3) year term for up to two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. The extensions are exercisable at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, subject to satisfactory performance, continued operational requirement and agreement of any applicable pricing in accordance with the contract terms. Maximum potential contract term: five (5) years.

Renewal: Option to extend the initial contract term shall be three (3) years with the potential for up to two (2) 12- month periods each (1+1) in Contract extension periods by the election of the Contracting Authority, on such notice and for such periods as are specified by the Contract. Maximum total contract term: five (5) years.
