## Summary

The procurement process initiated by Procurement for Housing, a sub-central government public authority based in Birchwood, Warrington, involves the planning stage of a framework agreement titled "PfH Pipeline Notice 2025 Interior Decorating and Furnishing Framework" set within the services industry category. This process, directed by the Capital and Infrastructure Team, aims to establish a framework for interior decorating and furnishing solutions across the United Kingdom. With key dates such as the publication date on 16 May 2025 and a planned contract period from 3 November 2025 to 2 November 2029, businesses have ample time to prepare for the future notice deadline of 1 July 2025. The framework agreement covers broad areas including decorative and furniture solutions, with an estimated gross value of £78 million.

This tender represents an excellent opportunity for businesses looking to expand their reach within the social housing sector. Companies specialising in interior decorating services, furnishings, and related products such as paint and flooring will find this framework well-suited to their offerings. Additionally, the procurement process is structured to accommodate small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs), thus broadening the scope for a wider range of bidders. The integration of both retail and trade decorative solutions, alongside furniture and flooring provisions, presents substantial growth potential for businesses that can provide innovative solutions and reliable service delivery to a vast network managed by PfH members.
