## Summary

Procurement for Housing (PfH), headquartered in Birchwood, Warrington, is launching a tender for the "PfH - Responsive Repairs, Disrepair Works and Void Services" project. As a national procurement consortium supporting the social housing sector, PfH aims to establish a comprehensive framework covering responsive repairs, disrepair works, void property refurbishment, cleaning and clearing services, security services, pest control, and related services. PfH is seeking qualified and experienced suppliers to contribute within England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Key deadlines include an enquiry period ending on 18th December 2025, with the tender submission deadline on 12th January 2026. This open procedure procurement, which falls under the "works" category, has a framework agreement structure with call-off contracts that can range from 12 months to four years.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses looking to grow by providing services in the repair and maintenance sector, suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs). The framework's structure allows for the direct award or competitive selection processes, offering flexibility and ensuring value for money. Businesses involved in construction, repairs, maintenance, security services, pest control, and environmental cleaning are well-positioned to benefit from the opportunities presented in the various lots. The framework's flexibility in engaging suppliers based on regional needs and project specifications enhances accessibility for a diverse range of service providers, promoting inclusive business growth and extensive market participation.
