## Summary

Procurement for Housing (PfH) is in the planning phase of establishing a framework agreement titled "PfH Pipeline Notice 2025 Materials Framework" with a value of £1,704,000,000 net (£2,044,000,000 gross). The focus is on providing materials and associated services for responsive works, planned maintenance, and retrofit works across the UK. The organisation, supported by the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing and HouseMark, aims to utilise this agreement to enhance efficiency savings within the social housing sector. Situated in Birchwood, Warrington, this initiative involves goods procurement within the construction materials industry. The procurement process is currently at the planning stage, with the planned contract period extending from 1st March 2027 to 28th February 2031. Future notices are anticipated by 1st July 2026.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses involved in plumbing, heating, electrical, building materials, aids and adaptations, and other related services and technologies. It is particularly suited for SMEs, given the provision for managed services and specialist supply services within the framework. Companies with expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and stock management technologies are poised to benefit from the significant procurement volume and potential scalability of the supply chain network. This framework could enable business growth via participation in a national consortium for materials distribution and management, fostering new partnerships and expanding market reach across the UK.
