The above works will be undertaken in the following eight administrative areas of the County of Staffordshire: * Cannock Chase * East Staffordshire * Lichfield * Newcastle * South Staffordshire * Stafford Borough * Staffordshire Moorlands * Tamworth Suppliers can select which districts and boroughs they would like to cover within Staffordshire. The properties include all types of buildings operated by a Local Authority including (but not limited to) educational, residential care homes, civic buildings, offices, fire stations, enterprise centres and small industrial units. Emergency Call Out Response - It is mandatory that successful suppliers adhere to a strict maximum attendance within 2 hours of receipt of oral request. The requirement is to cover 365 days of the year, 24 hours per day including weekends and bank holidays. ### Lot Information Building Works To undertake building work on Customer owned buildings in the administrative areas specified below. Such works will generally be of a minor responsive maintenance nature.
