### Procurement Information

In accordance with section 43 of the Procurement Act 2023, this procurement falls within scope of the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023. It is considered that the award of the contract without prior publication of a contract notice in the UK e-notification service (as required by the relevant legislation) is lawful in accordance with section 43(1) of the Procurement Act 2023 in that we have not received any suitable tenders in response to a competitive tendering procedure.
