## Notice

Overview of Works * Strip out and disposal of existing internal fixtures and finishes * Associated mechanical and electrical works * Plumbing/sanitary installations including wash basins, toilet basins, urinals and hand dryers. * Installation of WC cubicles * Refurbishment of ceiling, floor and wall finishes. * General decorations. The scheme will be completed during the normal works hours of Monday to Friday 07:30 - 18:00. The building will be fully occupied for the duration.
