## Summary

The procurement process, managed by Crown Commercial Service (CCS) on behalf of The Minister for the Cabinet Office, aims to establish a pan-government collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) agreement for space-enabled and geospatial services. The contract, titled "Space Enabled and Geospatial Services Extension Notice," falls under the information technology services category, engaging various sectors across the UK. The procurement is currently in the Tender stage, allowing suppliers to apply for inclusion in the DPS through an electronic submission method by February 2029. The initiative is designed to support UK public sector bodies, including central government departments and NHS bodies, by providing them with access to a range of space-enabled products and services.

This tender presents a substantial opportunity for business growth, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in information technology, geospatial solutions, satellite communications, and software services. Businesses equipped to deliver innovative technology solutions or consultancy related to space and geospatial services will find a competitive edge in this agreement. Moreover, the DPS offers a flexible procurement route, enabling suppliers to engage in multiple projects and address diverse needs across the public sector. Companies positioned to provide specialised services in remote sensing, satellite communication, and data acquisition are encouraged to participate to leverage the complex and evolving landscape of geospatial technologies for enhancing public sector capabilities.

## Notice

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a pan government collaborative agreement for the provision of goods and services relating to space-enabled and geospatial technologies. This is designed as a Dynamic Purchasing System agreement (DPS) which offers a simple route to purchase in-scope products and services for the public sector, allowing customers to access a wide range of competition in an emerging market. If you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your submission you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS contract.
