## Notice

The Trustees outsource the pension administration function. Day to day administration/calculation service for the members of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme. The ESPS Audit Fee is split between the four sections of ESPS (SLC, Atkins, NNL and Cavendish Nuclear) proportionate to the number of members in the scheme.
