To help inform our procurement we will be sending out a request for information on Monday 27th October 2025 for suppliers to complete by Friday 21st November 2025. 
Once we have received and reviewed responses, we reserve the right to seek clarification via email or through a face to face meeting (virtually). The clarification process will be concluded by Friday 5th December 2025 should it be required.
