Residents in both lots hold their own tenancy agreement with North Ayrshire Council. This will be split into two lots: Lot 1 - Bessie Dunlop Court, Dalry, KA24 5FA Lot 2 - Castlecraigs Curt, Glasgow Street, Ardrossan, Ka22 8EP The anticipated date for publication on PCS-Tender is 2 June 2025, with the start date of 1 April 2026.
