This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action. Further to the contract notice issued on 13/03/25, reference LSL/DC/0192, Leidos Supply Ltd has awarded the The Supply of Royal Navy Thermal, Base & Outer Layer (Lot 1) - Beanie Hat & Base Layers to Cooneen Defence Ltd on a Four Year Framework from the 17th of June.

Lot 3 - Outer Layer MVP FR Jacket and Trousers The total estimated value for this lot will be between PS6,600,000 - PS16,500,000, with a total length of 4 Years. In addition, please note that as a framework agreement there is no guarantee of business.

### Planning Information

A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was issued on 16th August 2024 under PCR 2015 to notify the market of the upcoming tender requirement. The PIN engaged approximately 25 suppliers to express an interest in the requirement. Industry Days took place with 19 expressions of interest both face to face and via teams, meetings included current and new suppliers introduced to Team Leidos. Specifications were not shared as part of sessions and as these items are a new requirement no samples were shared either. Discussion with suppliers showed that the planned procurement strategy was appropriate. Although, there was requests for compatibility viewing days which have now been implemented.
