Lot 1

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - St Helens Place intend to award a 2 year contract with an option to extend for 1 year via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver the PATHS Programme within participating Primary Schools in St Helens. The contract will start on 1st September 2025, expires on 31st August 2027 and has an option to extend for 1 year.

Options: The intended contract award will include an option to extend for 1 year, making the expiry date 31st August 2028.
