The council also provides recycling skips at its retail markets for traders to dispose of recycling waste. The kerbside collection service, HWRC and retails markets services currently collect the recycling as single steam dry mixed recycling meaning that all paper, cardboard, cans, bottles and tins are collected in one bin or skip.
